The units are ideally comfortable for SGU students, with just about a 5 mins walk to the nearest SGU bus stop on the Point Saline main road. There is a one-way morning shuttle (Mon-Fri) to the SGU campus leaving at 7:30 am.
Tenants are also granted airport pick-ups, half-month rental charges over the summer, and once weekly cleaning services is included in the rental price.
One-bedroom unit based on single occupancy’s rate is US$1,350. 2nd person is an additional US$100. These pet friendly apartment units are available for long and short term rental. Pet fee of US$300 per year. Limit of 1 dog or 2 cats. The dog should not exceed 50 lbs.
